Independent technical and contractual audit of the Goudel diesel power plant (89 MW) in Niger, carried out on behalf of Ecobank in the context of a debt refinancing transaction.
The audit covered: review of the technical and commercial aspects of the contractual framework; assessment of plant design and configuration; review of technical inputs used in the financial model; identification and analysis of project risks; and conclusions and recommendations to support the lender’s credit decision.
