Independent technical, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) audit of the 120 MW Sendou coal-fired power plant — conducted on behalf of the electricity off-taker (Sénélec) and the project lenders.
The assignment combined on-site inspections, structured data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify technical deficiencies and their root causes, as well as HSE non-conformities. It concluded with a comprehensive remedial action plan including work packages, preliminary specifications, timeline and budget estimates, an implementation plan with a proposed organisational structure, achievable performance targets, and a preliminary feasibility study for a potential conversion to gas.
