Owner’s engineer during the design, construction and commissioning of the Yerevan 2 (IPP) 250 MW combined-cycle gas power plant in Armenia

Owner’s Engineer services for the development, construction, and commissioning of the 250 MW Yerevan 2 combined-cycle gas power plant — a key addition to Armenia’s generation mix.

Responsibilities included: design review with particular attention to interface risks between suppliers; technical specification review; project progress monitoring and owner support; enforcement of the EPC contract; supervision of engineering, construction, and commissioning; factory acceptance tests for critical equipment; performance test supervision; and coordination with the local O&M team on operability and maintainability requirements.
