Frame agreement providing technical and managerial support to GECOL (General Electricity Company of Libya) for the rehabilitation of its thermal power plant fleet, including initial training of operations crews.
Services delivered under this agreement included: project management consultancy and technical expertise for the rehabilitation of a 5 × 65 MW steam plant; commercial and technical review of an offer to upgrade a fleet of five gas turbines; development of a maintenance concept and corresponding maintenance contract; and assessment of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) suppliers.
